High School Foundations
This program is perfect for students who need to build confidence, are preparing for the dual enrollment PERT test, or simply want to improve their skills.
Our math program is a self-paced program that is run through a teacher-supported study hall. Students have the chance to relearn foundations or pass a fluency test to show mastery. This class specifically focuses on the foundations of Algebra that would be needed to feel confident in a high school math class or college algebra.
Both our reading and writing classes are a mix of live lessons and independent practice (with teacher support). The reading program focuses on topics like main idea, author's purpose, and context clues. Our writing foundations program focuses on grammar concepts like wordiness, parallelism, and subject-verb agreement.
