PERT/Foundation Classes
Math

Perfect for anyone wanting to brush up on algebra and algebra foundations!
This class includes our PERT Math program, which features video lessons, practice exercises, quizzes, and tests to ensure students understand the material. During class time, students work at their own pace while teachers help those who are stuck, review quizzes, and keep everyone on track.
This program has helped students build confidence and feel prepared for high school or college-level classes.
Our PERT Math class is offered four times throughout the week. This class runs year-round (with several holiday weeks off) and is charged as a monthly subscription.
1 class per week: $50 per month
Each additional class per week: +$25 per month

PERT Reading and Writing
Reading: Tuesdays @ 12 pm EST
Writing: Wednesdays @ 1 pm EST
Both our PERT Reading and Writing classes consist of live, teacher-led lessons and independent practice. Reading includes topics like main idea, author's purpose, and context clues. Writing focuses primarily on grammar and spelling, with topics like wordiness, parallelism, and subject-verb agreement.
All topics taught in these classes help students pass the reading and writing placement tests required for dual enrollment in Florida. These classes are also great for students wanting to strengthen their reading and writing foundations and build language arts confidence!

Spanish Classes
Spanish: Present Tense A
Wednesdays @ 3 pm EST
Present Tense A is an engaging 14-week online Spanish course that introduces students to the basics of the Spanish language through fun, structured weekly sessions. Each class focuses on essential building blocks like pronunciation, personal pronouns, verbs, and action phrases, all designed for beginners. Learners will step into a virtual classroom where they interact, play games, and practice Survival Spanish to communicate in everyday situations.
From learning how to say “I am” and “I have” to exploring gender and number in nouns, this course gives students a strong foundation in speaking Spanish with confidence and clarity. By the end, they’ll be able to form simple sentences using verbs, pronouns, and real-life vocabulary—ready to keep growing in their language adventure!
This class meets once a week and costs $150 per semester
Spanish: Present Tense A/B
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 11 am EST
Present Tense A & B is an expanded and immersive beginner-level Spanish course designed to help learners build a strong foundation in the Spanish language. Through 28 hours of dynamic instruction, we will meet twice a week to explore essential topics such as pronunciation, personal pronouns, basic verbs, daily vocabulary, and common expressions.
This course emphasizes real-life communication from day one, helping students confidently ask questions, describe actions, express preferences, talk about their families, and more. They will gain experience with verbs like ser, estar, tener, and gustar, as well as regular verbs in the present tense and useful phrases like tengo que, voy a, and me gusta. With engaging games, interactive practice, and a focus on understanding gender, number, and verb conjugation, students will leave the course with practical tools to speak, understand, and build sentences in Spanish with accuracy and enthusiasm.

Spanish Foundation Plus

Spanish Foundation plus is a vibrant and comprehensive pre-intermediate Spanish course designed for learners who already know the basics of present tense and are ready to take their grammar and communication to the next level. Across 14 hours of instruction, students expand their ability to express themselves in Spanish through real-life topics, new verb forms, and practical vocabulary.
This course includes a thorough review of irregular verbs, reflexive structures, pronouns, and useful connectors. Students will also explore functional communication such as giving directions, describing locations, and navigating a city. Light past tense work is introduced with past progressive and the verb to be in past (fue, estuvo). By the end, students will feel more confident using Spanish in everyday and conversational contexts.

Spanish Past Tense: A
Tuesdays & Wednesdays @ 12 pm EST
Spanish Past Tense A – Tell Me a Story is a 28-hour online course that opens the door to the world of narration in Spanish. Designed for learners who already know the present tense and basic grammar, this course teaches how to talk about the past using both pretérito indefinido and pretérito imperfecto.
Through engaging topics like personal experiences, historical events, family stories, and routines from the past, learners build fluency and confidence in expressing themselves clearly and accurately. Students will also practice using connectors, time expressions, and sequencing words to build full narratives and describe situations in rich detail. This course blends grammar, storytelling, listening, and speaking into a dynamic learning experience.

Join one of our grade-level groups to work on your reading & writing skills! Groups are broken into 3rd grade, 4th/5th grade, 6th/7th grade, and 8th grade. Each group has two potential classes per week: one reading class and one writing class. We also provide study hall options for students to get extra help on homework.
Reading Classes
Our reading classes include grade level vocabulary, reading comprehension, and book studies.
Writing Classes
Our writing classes include spelling, grammar, and writing practice.
Math Classes
Our math classes include fact practice, and grade level algebra, geometry, and statistics foundations.
Study Halls
Each class is provided with an IXL account for extra practice at home. Our study halls provide a time for students to work on their IXL homework, any writing assignments, or practice their spelling/vocabulary/math facts.
High School Level Classes
These classes are intended for ages 14+

Research and Essay Writing
Mondays @ 1 pm EST
Learn how to research and write a high school/college level paper from start to finish! Students will learn how to follow a rubric, use MLA formatting to cite sources, and structure essays - critical skills for academic success.
Fiction & Creative Writing
Tuesdays @ 11 am EST
Explore the world of fiction and creative writing! Students will read and analyze passages and short fiction, as well as learn to write their own creative story.
High School Book Study
Wednesdays @ 2 pm EST
Read and discuss high school level books. Each month students will read, analyze, and complete assignments on one book. Students will explore multiple genres throughout different months and build well-rounded literary foundation.
Media Literacy & Critical Thinking
Thursdays @ 12 pm EST
Learn to think critically as you explore different forms of media.
Geometry
Tuesdays @ 10 am EST
Learn and practice high school level geometry concepts. Students should have a strong foundation in Algebra.

Elective Pricing
All of our electives are monthly subscriptions. Both Minecraft and Dungeons & Dragons meet for 1.5 hours and each class is $50 per month.
Both of these classes are held on discord and are intended for students 11+.
Minecraft Java Social
